The best images from Mamelodi Sundowns' victory over Wydad Athletic Club in Tshwane as they completed a record run in the CAF Champions League.

Sundowns registered a massive 1-0 win at Lucas Moripe Stadium on Saturday afternoon to secure top spot in Group C and advance to the knockout stages as one of the seeded teams alongside TP Mazembe, Etoile du Sahel and Esperance.

The Brazilians ended their six-match group stage campaign with 14 points to become one of the first clubs to stay unbeaten, as did DR Congo giants Mazembe, who achieved the same feat on Saturday.

For the first time in CAF's history, all eight qualified teams have previously been crowned champions of the tournament, making this year's campaign all the more difficult and unpredictable.

Pitso Mosimane's charges, meanwhile, will go into the draw for the quarterfinals with the advantage of a home second leg, and will face one of Zamalek, Al Ahly or Raja Casablanca.
