Kahraba, 27, has often been at the centre of controversy and it was suggested that his career under Mosimane was over after the incident which saw them fall out after a league game and in training the following day.
However, the Egypt international forward has been allowed to return to the first-team training and is said to be in the plans of Mosimane for the remainder of the 2020/21 campaign.
"I was really upset because I didn't get much game time but Mosimane loves me a lot. My involvement or lack thereof is and was a technical decision."
Kahraba has scored 12 goals and registered five assists in 40 games for the Red Devils since joining the club on a free transfer in January 2020.
