Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has demanded the introduction of VAR after a legitimate Percy Tau goal was wrongly ruled out for offside in his side's win in a World Cup qualifier against Ghana on Monday.
Bongokuhle Hlongwane scored the decisive goal late in the 83rd minute as Bafana clinched a narrow 1-0 win over Ghana to top Group G.

The victory was the first for Bafana in over 20 years with the last win over the Black Stars taking place in the African Cup of Nations back in 2000.
Despite the impressive result, Broos was left dissatisfied with the officials after getting a crucial offside decision wrong.
"I think in such important games there has to be VAR," Broos said after his side's Group G World Cup qualifying win.
"The goal could have decided or not have decided the game. If the goal of Percy is a legitimate goal and imagine that the scores stayed 0-0 then we don't win.
"So in such important games, I'd like to have VAR."
The Belgian also reserved special praise for his young stars after their impressive performance over their much-fancied opponents.
"I'm very proud and happy today after what I saw from my team, Broos said post-match.
"We made huge progress in one week. When I saw my team play in Zimbabwe there was no confidence, no determination, no belief in themselves.
"But what I saw today, I saw a team with confidence who played a very good game. There was determination, a will to win, discipline and that's what I like."
Bafana will next play a double-header World Cup qualifier against Ethiopia on October 6 and 10.
