Seale represented South Africa senior national team nine times.

On Thursday, the national team coach Hugo Broos didn't call up a single player from the newly crowned Nedbank Cup champions for his squad to face Mozambique and Tanzania in international friendly matches.

"This current squad it's clear it's a back-up squad, obviously every team need to have a plan B," Seale tells KickOff.

"Speaking of Kaizer Chiefs players not even getting call-ups in a back-up squad it's embarrassing to be pretty honest.

"I don't know, you might swear there is something personal going on. It's embarrassing. I mean we just lifted the Nedbank Cup not so long ago. And the boys played well in that final.

"But who can blame Hugo Broos? There is no consistency in that team. If you can beat the likes of Sundowns and Stellenbosch then what's stopping you from beating the other 13 teams?

"We have players that plays well in two games and after that they are nowhere to be seen."
