Sundowns asked for their game against Stellenbosch on 11 December to be postponed due to fixture congestion but then made a U-turn and kept the match on the same day.
However, the game will now take place in Tshwane at Loftus Stadium next Wednesday instead of Cape Town as was initially scheduled.
The Brazilians jetted out of the country for Morocco on Monday to face Wydad Casablanca in the CAF Champions League on Friday.
When they return for the Stellenbosch match next week it will be the last game Sirino has to sit out for his two-match suspension following the red card he picked up in the Telkom Knockout against Golden Arrows.
Sirino already sat out one game, the 1-0 win over AmaZulu last Tuesday.
This paves the way for the troubled Uruguayan to feature in the TKO final against Maritzburg United in Durban on 14 December, provided he is not hit with an immediate suspension anytime soon in his ongoing PSL disciplinary hearing.
Sirino was hauled before the DC and is charged with two cases of assault against Clayton Daniel and Dean Furman of SuperSport United, for which he has pleaded not guilty.
Unconfirmed reports suggest Sirino has roped in former UEFA legal director Alasdair Bell to represent him in the case, having already postponed the matter due to stress.
