An African giant has been questioned for their decision to appoint another foreign coach to lead their national side.
Former Nigeria international Peter Ijeh voiced his disappointment following the Nigeria Football Federation's recent appointment of Frenchman Eric Chelle as head coach of the senior national team.

Chelle was brought in on the recommendation of the Federation's technical and development sub-committee made earlier this month, becoming the second coach to take charge since the departure of Portuguese tactician Jose Peseiro.
Super Eagles legend Finidi George briefly stepped in as interim manager after Peseiro's exit but resigned after managing just two games.
Speaking to Brila.net, Ijeh expressed his frustration with the Federation's ongoing preference for foreign managers, urging them to prioritise the development of Nigerian coaches.
"It has been like that for a while. Over the last decade, the NFF has consistently handed the position to foreign-based coaches, which is a disservice to Nigerian coaches," the former Super Eagle said.
"It's not that Nigeria lacks qualified coaches, but they need an environment where they can work freely.
"A system needs to be set up to promote and develop our own. If we don't promote ours, who will?"
