Real Kings CEO Philani Majola plays down Simo Dladla exit reports

Kings haven't had a great start to the season, as they sit second-from-bottom on the NFD log with seven points from eight games.

"But Mlungisi did phone me about maybe assisting the coach. That's what he called me about, and he also stated that they did have a relationship before, I don't know when. So he thinks if he can come to help ... and he made it clear that his intentions are not to take over. Of which I said 'no, from our side as management we have never thought that far'. Even if it might happen that they have a relationship with the coach, it is something he will need to talk to him ... but us as management we have never thought about replacing the coach or looking for an assistant for the coach.

“So far we understand the dynamics that makes the results and the way we started not being proper, or having started with a wrong footing, or whatever you call it. But we know this is something we can fix as we go. So far we are okay, we don't need a coach."
