The volume with which the call for Highlands Park to face criminal charges for harbouring an illegal immigrant is on high, with the former PSL club now finding itself in an embarrassing situation.
Despite finishing at the top of the league table, Highlands Park have been stripped of all the points they earned this season.

One of their players, Franklin Ogbonna, was found guilty of using a fake visa by the arbitration panel.
In light of the arbitrators' ruling, Highlands Park have decided to take the matter to the High Court in an attempt to stop the ABC Motsepe League National Play-Offs.
"First of all, this player should not have been playing for Highlands Park in the first place because he is not properly registered. He doesn't have the necessary documentation," asserts Gomora chairman Joe Seanego, speaking to KickOff.com.
"The paperwork they submitted was done fraudulently. They know very well that even the college he used to apply to play in this league does not recognise him.
"This should be treated as a criminal case.
"If it is found that they were paying someone who is in the country illegally, Highlands Park should face criminal charges.
"Highlands Park is just taking chances, to be honest. I don’t see the play-offs being stopped. Their actions are even giving us more courage," he continues.

Seanego believes a club with the financial resources as enjoyed by Highlands Park 'should be ashamed of their actions'.
"Even someone who is not a lawyer could win this case easily. The rules of the game are clear. They should just go down to the HollywoodBets (league) and compete there.
"There is a lot happening at Highlands. There are many foreigners working for them without proper documentation."
