One of Manchester City's most important stars has publicly expressed his disappointment with his exclusion from the latest England national team.
After reaching the final of the 2024 UEFA European Championship and losing to Spain, England are back in action against Ireland and Finland in the UEFA Nations League in the coming days.

The Three Lions parted ways with previous manager Gareth Southgate just two days after the abovementioned final, with the Englishman ending an eight-year reign at the helm.
With England yet to find a permanent replacement for Southgate, Lee Carsley has been installed as interim head coach after he served as the former's assistant coach.
Carsley has since announced a much-changed squad for the upcoming Nations League matched compared to the group that went to EURO 2024.
Fresh faces such as Tino Livramento, Morgan Gibbs-White, Angel Gomes and Noni Madueke have been called up, while there was no space for national team regulars such as Lewis Dunk, Kieran Trippier, and Kyle Walker.
Walker, who is City's club captain, has now broken his silence on his omission from the team as he will not be able to add to his 90 caps for the country as things stand.
"I'm disappointed. You accept it and just try to prove them wrong," the City defender said on his podcast, You'll Never Beat Kyle Walker.
"With a new manager, you are always expecting a few changes. I'm disappointed because to represent your country is always the highest thing.
"But I haven't played any minutes this season so you have to take it on the chin. I've not performed at any level since coming back from the EUROs, so I think it's the right call from him.
"I just need to make sure that I'm proving him wrong in the near future."

Walker made his England debut in March 2011, and has gone on to represent his country at three EUROs and two FIFA World Cups.
