Bafana Bafana and Al Ahly attacker Percy Tau continued his incredible form in the CAF Champions League and is now just a goal away from matching Sundowns' Peter Shalulile.
Al Ahly have put one hand on the CAF Champions League trophy with a hard-fought 2-1 win over Wydad AC on Sunday night in the first leg of the final in Cairo.
With already nine direct goal contributions in ten CAF Champions League appearances this season, all eyes were array on Tau before the clash against both Moroccans.

The South African did not disappoint, opening the scoring the opening goal late in the first half to give The Red Devils an important lead at the interval.
In the second half Kahraba added a second before Wydad's Saifeddine Bouhra pulled one back for the visitors.

The result puts Al Ahly in the driving seat ahead of the second-leg and rubberstamps Tau's credentials in the debate for the competitions' Player of the Tournament award.
The 29-year-old's five goals and five assists are the highest goal contributions by any player that has participated in this year's edition.
The five goals also mean that Tau is now just one goal shy off Sundowns' Shalulie, who netted six times before the Brazilians crashed out of the continental competition in the semi-final stage.
Overall, Tau has scored seven goals and provided five assists in 28 appearances for Al Ahly across all competitions this season.
Al Ahly will meet Wydad once more on Sunday for the second-leg.
Kick off is at 21:00.
