Andrea Pirlo: Juventus still waiting on Cristiano Ronaldo COVID-19 result

After testing positive for COVID-19 for a second time last week, Ronaldo is facing a race against time to be cleared for Juve's clash against the Catalan giants this week.

In a press conference ahead of the match, Pirlo revealed that his star man had undergone another test on Tuesday, and that they expect to obtain the result some time during the evening.

"We have to wait for the result, then we'll see. For now, everything is still uncertain. We hope to be able to evaluate him even if it's not easy after 15 days of inactivity."

Ronaldo will need to test negative at least 24 hours ahead of tomorrow's match in order to be eligible to take part in the encounter.
