Ousmane Dembele: FC Barcelona forward's future clarified amid Neymar, PSG swap deal talks

The future of FC Barcelona forward Ousmane Dembele has been clarified amidst talks of being included in the deal would bring Neymar back to the Camp Nou from Paris Saint-Germain.

Dembele, 22, joined the LaLiga champions in 2017 from Borussia Dortmund in a reported €105 million deal shortly after Neymar's surprise world-record transfer to PSG.

The 2018 FIFA World Cup winner was seen as the direct replacement for the Brazil superstar but his injury troubles and alleged unprofessionalism has cast doubt over his long-term future.

With Barcelona in the process of luring Neymar back to the club, the idea of Dembele being included in the deal with the French champions has been discussed as a way to bring down what could be a club-record transfer for the Blaugrana.

However, Demeble's agent, Moussa Sissoko has denied the media reports that claim his client is on the brink of returning to his homeland.

"Ousmane stays at Barcelona, 100%. No chance he leaves. He wants to and will succeed at Barcelona," he told TF1.

The former Rennes forward has scored 18 goals and registered 17 assists in 66 games for the Spanish giants over the past two seasons.
