Former AC Milan director Adriano Galliani has insisted that Brazil legend Ronaldinho could have reached even greater height if it weren't for his love for music, women and beers.
Considered to be one of the most talented footballers of all time, Ronaldinho's career was glittered with success, with the playmaker having won five trophies with FC Barcelona, including the 2005/06 UEFA Champions League title.

His stellar list of accolades also includes the 2002 FIFA World Cup title, as well as multiple individual awards, such as the 2005 Ballon d'Or and two The Best FIFA Men's Player prizes.
With a career spanning across two decades, the retired attacking midfielder also had his fair share of troubles during his heyday, with his much-publicised exit from Barca said to be down to his off-field antics and disciplinary issues.
Monza director Galliani, who brought Ronaldinho to AC Milan from the Camp Nou in 2008, has now revealed his belief that the Selecao icon's lifestyle limited what he could have achieved.
"I would beat him up," the 78-year-old Italian said jokingly during a Gazzetta dello Sport event.
"It was so entertaining to watch Ronaldinho and Ronaldo [Nazario] train at Milanello.
"I only blame Ronaldinho for one thing: he was too much of a bon vivant, like many Brazilians.
"If he weren't such a lover of music, the fairer sex and cooled beers, he could have played until he was 60.
"The same goes for Ronaldo the phenomenon, and Adriano, or even Rivaldo.

"Ronaldinho's pure class was incredible. If the Brazilians were as focused as the Europeans, they would have won all the World Cups, but they have just five."
