Having had their opening match of the campaign postponed, United will be in action for the first time this season when they host Crystal Palace on Saturday, while City will have to wait until Monday's clash against Wolverhampton Wanderers to get their title challenge underway.
There are a number of other entertaining clashes to keep an eye on this weekend, including West Ham United's trip to Arsenal and Southampton's match against Tottenham Hotspur, but the pick of the ties will undoubtedly be between champions Liverpool and Chelsea, both of whom got their campaigns off to a winning start last time out.
