A Chelsea star has reportedly handed in a transfer request to secure a move to Serie A champions AC Milan.
Attacking midfielder Hakim Ziyech is said to be targeting a move to Milan after growing frustrated with the lack of regular game time.
With the Moroccan now looking to get a regular starting berth next season, the Sun have reported that he has handed in a transfer request.
Sky Italy have also now reported that Chelsea and Milan have entered talks over a potential move to the Serie A next season.
Transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano added that both the Blues and Thomas Tuchel are happy to let the 27-year-old leave Stamford Bridge but only if the their conditions are met.

The Blues reportedly already have a replacement lined up in Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling, who is also loo king to leave his situation in search of regular minutes.
Ziyech looks set to become the second Blues player to leave Chelsea for the Serie A, with Romelu Lukaku set to return to Inter Milan on loan.
