Nigeria have confirmed their final 23-man squad for the upcoming 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda and South Africa.
After an embarrassing Africa Nations Championship campaign, Eric Chelle will now look to restore some pride in the World Cup qualifiers.
Chelle has trimmed his squad from 31 players to 23 for the September international break.
First choice goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali has been named in the squad despite fears he may have picked up an injury while playing for Chippa United this week.
