Phalane is no stranger to Soweto, having previously played for Moroka Swallows in 2014 before he joined Bloemfontein Celtic a season later.
The Soweto giants have also dipped in the Motsepe Foundation Championship to secure the services of Victor Bakah.
Bakah was on the books of Uthongathi last season and has now earned himself a move to the top-flight for the 2023/2024 campaign.
