With many South African players on form locally and overseas, Ntseki's task right now can be stressful, especially having to select 23 players out of dozens who are on top of their game.
Ntseki admits that there are so many players on form, especially in the PSL, but says the attitude of those players will help him find his final 23-man squad for the World Cup and Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
"We should all agree to say we've got very talented players in this country, but the most important thing for me is the right attitude," Ntseki says.
"Because on the international level you should have fighters, you should have players who will wear the jersey and die for the nation.
"Talent alone is not enough. I've seen it when we play against the likes of Nigeria, the likes of Egypt and Ghana. You need soldiers, players who can go out there and work very hard."
The coach also admits he will definitely have a headache finalising his squad and reveals besides attitude and on-form of players, the approach for the games they will be playing will also be at play in the selection process.
"Something very interesting lately, all the players are raising their hands to say their name must be counted, which is a healthy headache for us when we go to the selection process," Ntseki adds.
"The selection will be mainly based on what formation and approach we are going to use in our games."
The national team has four more AFCON qualifiers to play after losing to Ghana and beating Sudan in their first two Group C matches, with the group stage ending in August.
World Cup qualifying starts in October, with South Africa pitted against Ghana, Zimbabwe and Ethiopia in Group G.
