"I'm based in Carletonville [Gauteng]," He tells KickOff.
"Currently I'm working in the mines, Sibanye-Stillwater.
"For now, I'm an apprentice in Artisan."
Kometsi says things have not been always smooth in his life.
"Things were once difficult in my life after I left Hong Kong.
"I came back to Carletonville and worked with the youth in development.
"But things didn't go well as you know that to run a team you need money.
"Because I have a family I then decided to get a job.
"I found a job in the mines, I was hired in 2017 as a labour. I started from scratch.
"Then in 2021 it happened I got a learnership, in 2016 after I had retired, I even went back to school to complete my matric."
Kometsi is very critical of the way football is played in South Africa these days.
"Our football has completely changed it's no longer the same.
"People are no longer unique in the way they play, there is no element of surprise.
"I don't know if it's the coaching or what. Only Mamelodi Sundowns and Royal AM are showing entertainment in their game today."
