The Dube Birds confirmed financial struggles late last year that led to the delay in some squad members receiving their salaries over December.
Swallows are currently 14th in the DStv Premiership standings with 14 points after 12 league matches.
"We've prepared ourselves well for this time, we just need to plan well and make sure this doesn't affect us. Our plan is not centred on certain individuals, so we are not as affected as people are suggesting.
"As for the salary issues everything is on course, whatever needed to be attended to is being attended to, whatever had been left behind is being sorted out.
"All I can say is there's happiness in the nest we are moving on with the business of the day.
"What we are talking about is internal issues that face every club, and every business at some point in time, but we are happy with the professionalism displayed by all members of the club.
"We respect whatever agreement reached, but what I can emphasise is that there is happiness in the camp, and our focus is to fight for survival and find ourselves in the dry land very soon."
This publication understood the club is planning to make some additions in their squads when Kerr re-joins the team next week.
