Mosa Lebusa Mamelodi Sundowns

Mamelodi Sundowns defender Mosa Lebusa has revealed the club's biggest fears as The Brazilians gear up for the home stretch of a record fifth consecutive championship title.

Sundowns resume training next week in preparation for the resumption of their league campaign enjoying a 14-points lead over second-placed Orlando Pirates with eleven games remaining.

Kaizer Chiefs and Stellenbosch could trim that lead as they both have games in hand.

Having already pocketed the MTN8 they also still have interests in the CAF Champions League and the Nedbank Cup.

"Winning can get so addictive that you don't even know how you will respond if you stop winning," says Lebusa in the latest edition of KICK OFF currently.

"We are afraid of what will happen if we stop winning and how we will react to it. This then makes us want to keep up with the demands that will make us keep away from that feeling of not winning," says Lebusa who has been a league winner through all his time at the club.

"I don't think you can even get used to winning the league because every trophy is different. The first one was different in the sense that I was breaking the ice in doing this then with the second it was different in that we came from a long way back, closed the gap on Kaizer Chiefs and ended up as champions.

"Then last season we went all the way so that was also different. All the trophies that I have collected so far have a different feel. It is nice to lift trophies, but I don't think you can ever get used to the feeling," he says.

Lebusa also talks about how they are plotting for all trophies this season, the departure of Pitso Mosimane and the vibe in the dressing room amongst several subjects.
