Jose Ali Meza leaves Mamelodi Sundowns, Lucky Mohomi next - PSL transfer news

Venezuelan striker Jose Ali Meza has parted ways with Mamelodi Sundowns.

Meza, who failed to command a regular place with Sundowns since arriving in the country from South America a few seasons ago, is already rumoured to be on his way to either Maritzburg United or Cape Town City.

According to sources close to Sundowns, midfielder Lucky Mohomi is another player who is leaving The Brazilians with a possible move to SuperSport United on the cards.

"Sundowns have agreed to release striker Ali Meza," the source tells snl24.com/kickoff.

"It looks like he could be joining Maritzburg United even though a move to Cape Town City or SuperSport United cannot be ruled out. Maritzburg are looking like hot favourites to land his signature.

"Lucky Mohomi is another player that is leaving Sundowns and he looks set to join SuperSport United."
