Notoane was appointed on a one-year deal at the beginning of the season and, despite being in pole position for some time, missed out on promotion back to the top-flight.
“At the moment my future with club is uncertain because we haven’t agreed on a deal that will keep me here next season,” Notoane tells snl24.com/kickoff.
“When I was appointed I had a one-year deal with an option to renew and we are still talking. For now I am sitting on the fence and if nothing comes out of the talks with the chairman then I will have to move on.
“The club has already told me whatever they feel they had to tell me regarding financial matters and if we cannot reach any kind of agreement then I will just have to look elsewhere.”
The 45-year-old adds that being limited in attacking options was the reason behind failing to finish n the top three.
“It was disappointing in terms of the final output because we failed as a group to achieve on the mandate of going back to the PSL.
“However, I feel that failure to acquire a striker in mid-season didn’t do us any good because we had been in need of a striker since the beginning of the season,” he says.
