The 33-year-old only missed a single match in all competitions last season.
Such was the work and influence that he has had in the team that he wore the armband along the way.
Club boss Johnny Mogaladi has shown no hesitation in agreeing to all terms and conditions for Kambala to stay at his club.
This website can confirm that Kambala has agreed to a fresh two-year deal with improved terms to what he has on for the past two seasons.
The new contract will have the option of a third year whose terms will have to be negotiated.
There had been a gentleman’s agreement at the end of last season which has now been supported by pen on paper.
This places Kambala along with Puleng Marema as the players that Phuti Mohafe will call on for experience in the new season.
Kambala has made his way back to the Mozambique national team while at Polokwane and played 90 minutes against Bafana Bafana last month.
