Orlando Pirates head coach Jose Riveiro was pleased with the overall performance from the team after returning to winning ways against Moroka Swallows.
Pirates bounced back in the league thanks to a goal in either half by Evidence Makgopa and an own goal from Sipho Sibiya.
Riveiro says it was a tactical game and that Swallows initially made it difficult for them.

"A very difficult one, credit to the opponent, they came today in difficult circumstances but they proposed a good football match. I think the first-half was a bit slow the rhythm, they tried to delay quite a lot and the rhythm was slow for us," Riveiro told SuperSport TV.
"But it was very tactical at the same time to similar proposals and the key was that we managed to score a goal before half-time, it makes everything much more easier, it's the heat for the opponent.
"And in the second half, in a perfect moment we managed to double the lead, not happy with the last minutes, we didn't play the way we should, we need to be more mature in the last minutes, not conceding anything to the opponent when you're leading 2-0.
"And we spent too much time close to our goalkeeper in the last ten, 12 minutes, so things to correct as usual but overall I think a good performance."
Pirates punished the Birds from their mistake trying to play from the back and the Spanish tactician went on and said the goal scored by Makgopa was a combination of talent and tactics after they applied a high press.
"Yeah, it's tactics plus talent, it was a proper transition where we steal the ball in the half of the opponent, we didn't use so many passes and it was enough to find one player behind the line," he said.
"It's one of the risks that you get when you're building from the back but Swallows is doing a good job also in that moment of the game. It wasn't easy to steal balls. It was a good goal I think."
