Despite still suffering the effects of losing to Cape Town City in Saturday's MTN8 final, Matsatsantsa returned to training on Monday in preparation for another tough fixture against Rise and Shine, who have their tales up after beating high-flying Bidvest Wits 1-0 away in their last league game.
"We have to soldier on. It's another game, another challenge for us because we wanna do well in the league," Daniels tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"Ja, we are disappointed and we just had to put it behind. We did well to reach the final, so we wanna do well this year in the league. We will do our best ... we are gonna be here for a whole week, we will stay the whole week because we are playing two teams from there, Polokwane and Baroka.
"You know you have to win all the games as soon as possible. Like we know where we went wrong in the cup game, what we can improve. So ja, that's where we are at now. We are back at training preparing for the next game.
"From what I have seen last time against Wits, although they played with a man less, they played on the break - they played counter attacking football.
"Normally they are also a ball-playing team. They like to keep the ball with the likes of Jabulani Maluleke in the midfield. So ja, we can expect a very tough game from Polokwane as they are also on a high. It will be a good game."
SuperSport are fifth on the table with 12 points from six games - two points shy of log leaders Orlando Pirates, and two ahead of sixth-placed City.
