Jackson Mabokgwane discharged from hospital

Bloemfontein Celtic goalkeeper Jackson Mabokgwane is back in Bloemfontein after he was discharged from hospital on Sunday.

Mabokgwane was rushed to a hospital in Pretoria on Sunday after he was substituted in the second half of his side's MTN8 semi-final match against SuperSport United.

The former Orlando Pirates goalkeeper left the pitch on a stretcher at Lucas Moripe Stadium after he started to feel dizzy in the second half.

Siwelele CEO Khumbulani Konco could not commit himself on whether Mabokgwane will be available for their next DStv Premiership match against Pirates.

"It was dehydration, he was feeling a little bit dizzy," Konco tells snl24.com/kickoff. "But now he is okay and he was later discharged from the hospital."

Celtic host the in-form Buccaneers at Dr Petrus Molemela Stadium at 19h30 on Wednesday.
