Pirates will face holders Sundowns in a two-legged semi-final while Kaizer Chiefs face AmaZulu in the alternate fixture.
"It's a tough one," Tlale tells KickOff.
"I think it's a good draw because we have all been looking forward to seeing how Pirates would fare under pressure against Sundowns.
"They haven't played each other this season, At least Chiefs have faced Sundowns and we all saw what happened.
"Since that day everyone has been asking themselves what would happen when Sundowns meet Orlando Pirates.
"It's a game we've all been looking forward to, but if have to put my last cent I will put it on Sundowns.
"It's time to find out if Bucs can really challenge Sundowns.
"Mamelodi Sundowns' depth and continuity I think gives Sundowns the edge.
"Look at the new players that they have signed, they have scored already.
"So this tells you the competition is going to be high at Sundowns, so I will give it Sundowns."
