TS Sporting appoint Sandile Sibande team manager

Sibande is a product of the School of Excellence who got his break through into the PSL as a steely midfielder at BidVest Wits during the 2007/08 season.

After 67 starts for Wits he then moved to Polokwane City and upon returning to The Clever Boys quickly went away to Moroka Swallows where his top flight playing career then came to an end.

From there he moved to TS Sporting who are based on his home town of Nelspruit where he ultimately hung his boots.

In a statement released by the club, Sibande's appointment is with immediate effect.

"Mr Sibande, like any other person in the team, is expected to discharge his capacity and experience to help the team achieve its short and long term goals in the space of football in the country and the world," reads the club statement.

Sibande turns 34 in September and studied for a Diploma in Sports Administration.

TS Sporting will be in their fourth season in the first division next term.
