Siwahla made the sudden announcement at the age of 33-years-old during an interview with snl24.com/kickoff on Tuesday.
The former SA youth international became the youngest player in South African professional football to score a goal at the age of 15 years old during an ABSA Cup clash against Dynamos.
Siwahla last featured for Prochi Poinki in Poland this year.
