The Cape Town-based side is set to relocate under new owners based in Limpopo.
Last week, Roger de Sa, who is one of the shareholders at Umoya, confirmed the sale of the club but refused to divulge much with regards to what the future holds for the team.
The former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper has now revealed that compliance stuff is what is delaying the deal from being completed, but he remains very much certain that all will be sorted.
"It's a long list of compliance stuff," Replied De Sa to snl24.com/kickoff, when asked what prevented the sale from being completed.
De Sa, who also doubled up as head coach, further assures that contracted players will not be affected by the change of ownership and relocation.
"Contracted players will continue on an individual case-by-case [basis]," he added.
It has also been confirmed that veteran striker Eleazar Rodgers has already left the club as his contract expired at the end of last season.
