This come after two players tested positive for Covid-19 after Callies finished eighth on the log in their first season in the GladAfrica Championship.
The Romans, who also qualified for the Nedbank Cup semi-finals, were due to host their end-of-season awards in Tshwane this week after their brilliant perfomance in the league but have now had to postpone the event.
Callies CEO Ali Netshifhefhe has confirmed that all the players and technical team members have been instructed to go into quarantine after making contact with the players who tested positive.
"We have noted with concern and shock that two of our players tested positive for Covid," said Netshifhefhe in a club statement.
"We have also received instructions that all players and members of the technical committee must quarantine with immediate effect.
"Based on this we instruct that all club activities and end-year function be cancelled with immediate effect."
