Enocent Mkhabela has finally agreed to a settlement proposed by former club Tshakuma Tsha Madzhivhandila FC.
Being out of a job for months has forced the Mbombela-born defender to accept whatever TTM could afford.
According to the player the two parties appeared before the Premier Soccer League on Wednesday, and they agreed to settle out of 'court'.

Mkhabela is owed a four-month salary by the Free State-based club that was recently relegated from the Motsepe Foundation Championship to the ABC Motsepe Foundation.
"I'm just happy we've won the case, they begged me to accept what they could afford, which is less than what they actually owe me of course, saying now that they've been relegated to amateur football, they will be unable to pay me," Mkhabela tells KickOff.
"So, I agreed to that, everything is fine, life goes on. I won't disclose how much, but what they are going to give me will keep me going a bit. It's better than nothing.
"They are going to pay me for all the months they are owing me, plus for the months that were remaining in my contract.
"Remember I still had another full season with them when all this trouble started. So, they asked me to reduce the amount, and I accepted that.
"They just told me this is what we have, and I said to them no problem.
"Complaining about what they've offered wouldn't have helped me anyway because they were saying being relegated has hit them hard in their pockets, and they still have to pay the other players who are still playing for them, that's the explanation they gave me.
"As for my future I will see which club I join for pre-season when teams re-open, I will make a few calls." The 33-year-old added.
