Mayinga predicts the league will be decided on the final day of the season.
Although Richards Bay currently lead the standings they sit atop the table by a solitary point.
"Remember all these seven teams on top of the table still have to play each other," Mayinga tells KickOff.
"To be honest, no one has an advantage over the other, that's why I think 50 points will be enough to win it.
"If you look carefully JDR Stars still have to play AmaTuks, Richards Bay still have to face AmaTuks, All Stars will play AmaTuks. In their previous two matches, Polokwane City didn't do well, VFA have just suffered their first defeat in Thohoyandou.
"Consistency is becoming a problem, this week's fixtures alone can turn the table the other way round.
"Teams at the top of the table still have to play Jomo Cosmos and Black Leopards who are fighting to escape relegation.
"These promotion-chasing teams will eliminate each other, we might witness a three-horse race for automatic promotion on the last day of the season, and also a three-horse race to avoid relegation."
