The 26-year-old forward's contract at Spurs is said to be only remaining with an option.
Spurs COO Alexis Efstathiou has made it clear they will allow the talented Mosiatlhaga to move if they were to be approached for his services.
"He's still got a contract. We will always look into offers. We will even sell our goalposts if a proper offer comes, we don't have a problem," Efstathious tells snl24.com/kickoff.
Asked if clubs would need to break the bank to convince Spurs to let go of the 2019/20 GladAfrica Championship golden boot winner, Efstathiou left the ball in the buyer's court.
"Well, it's up to them. If they want him and think he's part of the puzzle for them, they must decide. We know what he's worth."
