Allan Freese slams promotion play-offs

The Natal Rich Boyz were scheduled to take on Royal AM on Thursday afternoon, but their opponents failed to show up at the Chatsworth Stadium.

Freese says the on-going case involving Royal AM and Sekhukhune United FC is not making it easy planning for these matches as nobody knows for sure if they will take place.

"Besides the planning...it's (about) how we keep the boys motivated, how we keep the boys focused, how we keep the boys mentally strong...Ja that's where everything starts, trying to get the guys to be strong mentally, try to get the guys focused. You know their minds must be right, trying to do things at training, their minds must be right.

"Well for me the will to win is still there, with me it's a matter of trying to win every game that I'm involved in. I'm new here, I'm trying to help the guys that we stay strong, we stay committed to the course. To play a game at a time, and gets the best results from them."

Freese charges will take on Chippa United on Saturday afternoon (15h00) at the Umhlathuze Sports Stadium.
