All Stars still up for sale

All Stars Director Thando Sodinga has dismissed reports that his club has been sold to Black Leopards.

All Stars are up for sale after club owner Lunga Ncwane cited financial constraints as a reason for selling the club, only one season after relocating to Johannesburg last year.

The Motsepe Foundation outfit is going out for R12 million to any interested buyers willing to purchase the club at the end of the season.

"Those reports are not true. The club is still up for sale," Sodinga tells KickOff.

There is no one that has come up with a concrete offer. It's only people acting as third parties that have made contact. It's not true that Black Leopards have bought the club.

We are still waiting for offers," he added.

Black Leopards boss David Thidiela has also dismissed that his club has bought the status of All-Stars. Leopards have since been relegated to lower division together with TTM.
