Amakhosi's new Colombian striker Efmamjjasond Gonzalez was presented at the Kaizer Chiefs village in Naturena, where he was warmly welcomed by club officials and chairman Dr. Kaizer Motaung.

The 24-year-old's signing was announced by Kaizer Chiefs last week after confirming Bonfils-Caleb Bimenyimana's exit.

Gonzalez becomes the second Colombian to play for Chiefs since Leonardo Castro and the second South American signing this transfer window for the Soweto giants, following Edson Castillo.

Here's how the readers reacted to the "Chiefs unveil striker's arrival" story:

"Ntseki, just leave the haters and do your job but one word of advice, Get management to buy one strong midfielder and an additional striker in case both Castillo or Gonzales get off-form, then you will have back-up.

"Just warn Yusuf Maart and Sithebe that their days of just being on the field holidaying and not performing to the maximum are over. Imagine playing the younger Zwane and Castillo there. Ask management that you don't need Arthur in your bench he is bad influence !!!" says millionsoth.

"He looks more like a rugby player," says Saavedra.

"I remember when our coach Riverio arrived in Mzansi, Zebra fans were calling him a Plumber, telling us about his track record that he hasn't won a trophy in his previous club but guess what? he won two trophies in his debut season and I wonder what are the track records for this Colombian?

"But honestly, as a knowledgeable soccer fan, I won't judge this player until I see him on the field of play, don't judge someone until you see what they bring. Up the Bucs," says morewasn.

"Why was Caleb not given a chance this season? Did they feel he stood no chance to improve? Anyway, all the best to the new striker. Hopefully, he is a really good player more than anything else," says khothakhosi.

"I don't really believe we have a goal scoring problem, we have a creativity problem. We are also one dimensional trying to play the balls behind the defensive line and runs which we cannot vary when it's not working.

"Chavariro is a typical 9 that should always be in the box but we are failing to use him," says Dr Mthimkhulu.

"Anyway, I hope he knows we're desperate for goals. Although I think Bimenyimana would have also been able to supply this season," says Legend CRM083.

"Welcome to the fold of the heaviest jersey in the land Gonzalez, we wish you well and enjoy your stay, KHOSI 4 LIFE!!" says user827808.

"The guy is huge," says MjepaMjest.

"I'm already trying to think of who can hang those balls in the air for him to head in," replies Legend CRM083.

"I'm trying to think of who can fly the balls that high. We need Dolly back," responds MjepaMjest.

AmaZulu head coach Pablo Franco Martin says his side will be looking for a solution against Chiefs after failing to register a single goal in the league so far.

Usuthu travel to Johannesburg to take on Amakhosi at the FNB Stadium, with both sides hoping to earn their first wins of the campaign.

Bizarrely enough, Pablo Franco's side may be without a win but are also one of the only unbeaten sides left, as they've drawn all their first three league matches 0-0.

Here's how the readers reacted to the "'This is something that never happened in my life as a coach'" story:

"AmaZulu must just moer this Chiefs team. Chiefs is weak from defenders to strikers," says sbusisogumede16.

"Just beat Ntseki so that the fans can moer him," says Legend CRM083.

"AmaZulu's president needs to shift his focus to South America for good players. Sundowns have done wonders with their beautiful football because they recruit players in South America," says msomi.langa.

"The next game will be the easiest game of your life," says Saavedra.

"Do not worry coach. Your boys will score two or three against FAU, maybe even four and the headlines will be AmaZulu have scored four goals in four games," says thulamda.
