Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Kenny Niemach believes the club may not be doing enough to support their struggling forwards.
Amakhosi's leading striker, Ranga Chivaviro, has faced criticism from fans for missing several easy scoring opportunities.
The 31-year-old has only managed to score three times in seven appearances this season.
"If you have a striker who isn't missing chances, then that's a problem," Niemach tells KickOff.

"When a striker misses chances, it indicates that they know how to get into a scoring position. If we can just fine-tune his game, our problems could be solved."I would rather have a striker who is missing goals than one who isn't getting into positions at all. Chivaviro would benefit from someone reviewing his gameplay and helping him correct certain aspects of his technique.
"Having a specialized striker coach is crucial because it is a specialist position. I'm often perplexed by local football where you find a coach trying to oversee every aspect of the game. You can't be an expert in every area.
"That's why there are specialist coaches for various roles. For instance, we have goalkeeping coaches for goalkeepers and defensive coaches for defenders," he added.

"Certain roles require a deep understanding that only a striker coach can provide. In many overseas teams, there are specific coaches dedicated solely to strikers because they recognize it as a specialized role.
"Finishing, composure, and positioning, all need to be aligned, but our teams are often reluctant to invest in such resources. They should consider reaching out to former strikers like us, who can impart valuable knowledge and advice based on experience rather than just theory. The guidance that comes from someone who has been in the game for years is invaluable."
