The Ladybrand-born star hung up his boots in 2015 after spending a decade with Swallows, where he was club captain for half of that period. Known for his immense work rate in the middle of the park, the ex-playmaker remains within the beautiful game.
Tsutsulupa has previously told KickOff that after quitting football he began a new football-related venture as the CEO of Bright Talent player management.

On social media, the former Birds maestro can be seen often linking up with some of the players from his generation including Thabo Nthethe. While we cannot confirm whether or not he works closely with Mamelodi Sundowns, he is often geared up in their colours and regularly fraternises with their players - suggesting that there could be more to his links with the Chloorkop outfit.
Tsutsulupa also seems to have a relationship with PUMA, as he often sports their gear, whether it's sneakers, tracksuits, socks, or jerseys.
