This year, Onyango was confirmed as one of Pepsi's newest ambassadors in Uganda. While Messi and Pogba are the global partners of the brand, Onyango is Africa's most recognisable face that is affiliated with the soft drink manufacturer.

A star among superstars
Endorsement deals are a huge part of the sport and we imagine that many become very marketable due to their abilities on the pitch as well as their success as individual footballers.
