TS Galaxy head coach Dan 'Dance' Malesela has revealed how taking part in the CAF Confederation Cup is helping his team grow.
Malesela says doing well in the continental competition will help prepare his charges for their GladAfrica Championship challenges.
"It boosts the confidence you see," Malesela tells snl24.com/kickoff.
"It boosts confidence to say if we can pit ourselves against the best in Africa then we have a chance of doing something even better at home. We have done that before you know so if we do well against PSL teams in the Nedbank Cup competition, why not compete better in our own local league the NFD?"

He says as a team they are targeting promotion to the Absa Premiership.
"Ja that's the priority. The other things, they are just secondary but you know I don't want to underestimate any competition. But then the promotion is priority. How we get it doesn't matter, as long as we get it you know so whether it is by being won or going through the playoffs it doesn't really matter.
"But you always wish that you don't go through the playoffs because you still have to face this one PSL team that will really be desperate to escape relegation, so ja it's a priority. How we do will depend on us, not anybody else.
"You never know until you play the big teams. You can always judge yourself after you played teams that are very recognised, or maybe this one that is coming because I don't know the team and I don't have anything on them."
