CAF Confederation Cup match report CNaPS Sport v TS Galaxy

TS Galaxy kept their CAF Confederation Cup campaign alive after a 4-1 aggregate win over CnaPS Sport in the first round.

Galaxy started without goalkeeper Ludwa Mpakumpaku with Ezekiel Morake preferred, but captain Terrence Mashego and Bathusi Aubaas made an appearance.

Galaxy went into the lead on 19 minutes through the boot of Samkelo Shangase, catching the home side napping at the back.

Dan Malesela's charges were able enjoy a clean sheet in the first half as Morake was largely untested.

Galaxy increased their tally in the 56th minute through the man who got the winner in the first-leg Sanele Barns firing home from close range.

Dan Malesela introduced a few changes, with Siyabonga Khumalo and Tshegofatso Nyama replacing Sihle Nduli and Tshepo Chaine respectively in the final 20 minutes.

Galaxy weren't done though as Barns grabbed his second of the match in the final four minutes from good build-up play. CnaPS reduced the deficit deep into added time, but Galaxy nonetheless ran out comfortable victors in the end.
