Sundowns star pulls out of Bafana squad

New Mamelodi Sundowns signing Terrence Mashego has been forced to pull out of the Bafana Bafana camp due to injury, SAFA has confirmed.

Sundowns' latest recruit, Terrence Mashego has been forced out of the Bafana Bafana squad that will take on Sierra Leone and Botswana this weekend due an injury.

The left-back has since been replaced by fellow Sundowns man Siyanda Msani, who is currently on loan at Richards Bay.

In June this year, Mashego also missed out on Bafana Bafana's trip for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier clash against Morocco after sustaining an injury at the Bafana Bafana camp.

Mashego becomes the latest casualty to injuries in the Bafana Bafana squad, following Lyle Foster who also had to pull out yesterday after sustaining an injury. The striker was replaced by Kaizer Chiefs' Ashley Du Preez.
