The Blaugrana eased through the last-16 round of the competition for the 11th consecutive season with a 4-1 aggregate win over Premier League giants Chelsea.
However, Iniesta, who's lifted the Champions League four times with the LaLiga leaders is hoping to avoid fierce rivals Real Madrid in the next stage of the competition.
"I do not want a Spanish team because we know each other too much," he told the club's official website. "The thought of winning the Champions League is always a motivation, but it's difficult.
"The challenge is minimising errors because one bad game and you're out."
