The next edition of the famous Soweto Derby could have general seating tickets sold out two weeks before the blockbuster tie.
Orlando Pirates will be the home team at FNB Stadium on February 1, with Kaizer Chiefs the away team.

This will be the longest that the two teams have waited to play each other with the last match played on March 9, 2023, when Bucs won 3-2.
By the time the dates change to the first day of February, it will have been 11 months since the last derby.
The first league meeting between the two clubs has traditionally been played from around end of October to beginning of December, with the return leg in March of the following year.
However, with the league changing sponsorship from DStv to Betway, it has come with a delayed start to the league campaign, which only got underway mid-September instead of early August as has been the tradition.
After playing the first derby on February 1, the two giants will square off again on May 3.
For the February 1 derby date, ticket sales have moved fast.
Within two days of the tickets going on sale, more than half of the tickets made available at the giant stadium had been sold as of Wednesday.
The general stand tickets are selling for R100 each at TickPro outlets and expected to be sold out before the weekend, two weeks before the match.
Tickets are usually only sold out just days before the derby.
This will then leave standard hospitality (R3495), premium hospitality (R4250), and VVIP experience (R8250) sold by SAIL.
Though Chiefs have the FNB Stadium as their home venue, the match on February 1 will only be the fourth that they play at the 2010 World Cup final venue this season.
