Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates both pleaded guilty before the PSL Disciplinary Committee on Thursday.
Chiefs were charged by the DC for spectator behaviour during the Soweto Derby last month following a missile throwing incident at FNB Stadium.
The Amakhosi pleaded guilty but having already pleaded guilty to a similar offence back in October, the club will pay a bigger fine.

"Kaizer Chiefs football club was fined R100 000, of which R50 000 is suspended for a period of 12 months on condition they are not found guilty of the same offence," PSL prosecutor Zola Majavua said, as per the PSL media department.
"Unfortunately, in October last year, Chiefs appeared before the DC facing the same charges in respect they were fined R200 000, of R100 000 was suspended if they are not found guilty of the same offence in 12 months.
"Now that they re-offended and convicted accordingly, it means the suspended R100 000 is triggered and payable immediately. In total, Chiefs will pay R150 000."
As for Pirates, they were charged for a missile throwing incident during their loss to Mamelodi Sundowns in the Betway Premiership a couple weeks ago.
The Buccaneers also pleaded guilty and were fined were fined R100 000, of which R25 000 is suspended on the same condition that they do not commit the same offence in 12 months.
However, Pirates were also fined for a similar incident in November and the R50 000, which was suspended, has now been triggered, bringing Pirates total fine to R125 000.
