Golden Arrows have confirmed that midfielder Gladwin Shitolo is set to return to Orlando Pirates following his and three other players' release from the club.
Shitolo joined Arrows on loan at the start of the 2019/20 season after he was deemed surplus to requirements by Pirates technical team, which was then headed by coach Milutin Sredojevic.

This was his second successive loan spell after he spent the second half of the 2018/19 campaign at Chippa United, where he also managed 20 appearances under coach Clinton Larsen.

The 31-year-old had a sizeable contribution to Abafana Bes'thende's recent campaign as he managed 28 appearances and one goal in all competitions under coach Steve Komphela.
The Giyani-born former Jomo Cosmos man has not featured in a Pirates shirt since 15 August 2018, when The Buccaneers lost 1-0 to the now defunct Bidvest Wits.
Meanwhile, as earlier confirmed by snl24.com/kickoff, the Durban-based outfit have let go of former Bloemfontein Celtic striker Lerato Lamola, as well as 26-year-old strikers Sibusiso Sibeko and Nkosingiphile Phewa.

"Lamola's contract expired at the end of the season 2019/20 season and it was decided not to renew his contract. Lerato played a huge role at the club since joining us in 2016. We wish him nothing but the best for his future," explained the club in a statement.
"A mutual agreement to part ways was decided between [Sibeko] and club. Sibusiso's contribution to the club, from development through to his 1st team commitments, will not be forgotten.
"Shitolo was on loan from Orlando Pirates for the 2019/20 season and has retuned to his contracted club.
"A mutual agreement to part ways was decided between [Phewa] and club."
