FANCY: Miguel Timm bags premium Thebe Magugu designer drip

Orlando Pirates playmaker Miguel Timm has just flaunted some dreamy high-end accessories worth close to R2000. Here's a look!

The story

The defensive midfielder took to Instagram to flex a few items he got by Thebe Magugu, one of South African leading fashion designers and the brains behind Pirates new home and away kits for the 2023/24.

The aforementioned kits were met with rave reviews at the time of its launch, however, it appears that Timm is now a solid admirer of the premium label.

The Durban-born star got his hands on a Sisterhood baseball cap with stretch elastic features. The cap is said to be a one side fits all and it displays the brand's distinct Sisterhood emblem on the forehead. According to Thebemagugu.com, the headgear is worth a lofty R1400, while the socks could set you back by R430.

The Thebe Magugu label is among one of the most perceptible luxury brands in the market right, offering "ready-to-wear collections while exploring parallel concepts through multidisciplinary capsule projects."

The brand came to fame with football lover a few months ago when adidas partnered with the designer to create stunning new kits for the Bucs. The traditional black home kit has been given a fresh spin, with the front-of-jersey design boasting a skull motif with cultural honour, novelty, and an evolving timelessness - as the label would say. The mint away kit colourway, meanwhile, is fresh and embraces a sleek modern-day mood in fashion.

It is clear that the designer left a massive impression on the Pirates dressing room.

The prominent owner, Thebetsile Magugu, is a huge name in the fashion and couture space, as he has dressed the likes of British supermodel Naomi Campbell, US musician Rihanna, and South African celebrities including Bonang Matheba, Thuso Mbedu, and Charlize Theron.
