Former Cape Town City star Sibusiso Masina has backed Khanyisa Mayo to impress again this season and believes that he's still worth the hefty price tag.

City chairman John Comitis values Mayo at around $2 million (over R38 million) and although Mayo is scoreless so far this season, Masina doesn't think Comitis' evaluation is putting Mayo under pressure.

Masina also mentioned that signing the 24-year-old would be like an investment for any team and will rediscover his goal scoring form again soon.
